By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

Donations

• All donations are voluntary contributions to TechnoGalaxy Foundation (registered name: TECHNOGALXY FOUNDATION), a non-profit company registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees.
• When you choose a cause, we use your donation for that program. If a program is fully funded, we may use the amount for our other programs with similar goals.
• You confirm that the money you donate is from legitimate sources and that the details you give us are correct.

Receipts

We send a receipt for every successful donation. Tax-benefit receipts can be issued only when a valid PAN and address are provided.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi will have jurisdiction.
