TechnoGalaxy Foundation (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or donate, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- When you donate: your name and mobile number, and optionally your email, PAN and address.
- Payment details such as card, UPI or bank information are entered directly on Cashfree Payments’ secure checkout. We do not see or store them.
- When you message or call us: the details you choose to share.
How we use it
- To process your donation and send you a receipt.
- To issue a tax-benefit receipt and meet Income Tax reporting requirements, if you give us your PAN and address.
- To reply to your questions and, if you agree, share updates about our work.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with our payment partner (Cashfree Payments) to process payments, and with government authorities where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Donation records are kept securely and accessed only by authorised members of our team. We keep records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details or stop sending you updates at any time by contacting us.
