Help Someone Learn a Skill

Our Skill Development Program helps unemployed youth, people with limited formal education and those without employable skills gain practical knowledge and workplace abilities, especially in manufacturing and allied sectors, so they are ready for jobs, apprenticeships and self-employment. A lack of formal education should never be a permanent barrier to learning a skill.

From “I don’t have a skill” to “I have a skill and an opportunity.”

Why we need it

Skill Development Program in TechnoGalaxy Foundation?

India has a large young population, but many young people struggle to find work because they lack the practical skills today’s industries need. Some have limited formal education; others have never had structured vocational or technical training.

Manufacturing and its supporting industries need people with practical knowledge, machine-handling skills, quality and safety awareness and workplace discipline. Our program bridges this gap with accessible, practical, employment-oriented training.

Our focus

  • Help unemployed youth learn practical skills
  • Provide vocational and technical training
  • Prepare participants for entry-level jobs
  • Promote manufacturing-sector skills
  • Build workplace discipline and professional behaviour
  • Introduce modern tools, equipment and processes
  • Encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment
  • Improve digital and workplace literacy
  • Connect skills with employment opportunities
  • Encourage continuous learning and career growth
