Refund & cancellation policy

Donations made to TechnoGalaxy Foundation are voluntary and are generally not refundable.

When we will refund

• If an amount was deducted more than once for the same donation.
• If you donated a wrong amount because of a technical error.
• If money was deducted from your account but the donation did not go through.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us within 7 days of the donation with your name, mobile number, amount, date and payment reference ID. We will review your request and reply within 7 working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to credit the amount.

Receipts

If a tax-benefit receipt was already issued for a refunded donation, it will be cancelled.
